Marcus is ****ing amazing!! Can I say that? Hope so… I first went to Marcus feeling utterly broken!
He asked me how I felt and I said ‘like I’m falling apart!’
Everything hurt, and I’m no wimp, particularly my left shoulder and I suffered with horrible migraines and headaches regularly.
After years of falls from horses, a head on car accident, a horrific cycling accident head trauma and a list of ailments/aches/pains he had his work cut out (not to mention I’m the biggest sceptic!).
I was aiming, alongside my cycling, to run The Great South Run but I wanted to do it well. Bit by bit Marcus has undone the vast list of damage I entered his treatment room with and pointed out that I have 2 bunions to add to that long list.
I could talk about his treatment sessions and the amazing results I have had from it all day and still not give him enough credit for the achievements I have had. I’m gobsmacked and that’s saying something.
I love being pain free and without migraines.. a whole new me! A me that, thanks to Marcus, ran the Great South Run so well that I’m about to do my first Half marathon with confidence my body will cope fabulously.
You have to be prepared to put in some homework exercises to get the best results possible… AMAZING!!! Have I said that? Thank you just doesn’t seem enough…… A very happy K…”
