Breathing

I borrowed this from one of my amazing colleagues, it hangs in her studio.
I’m no Pilates master, I can’t even touch my toes (it’s over rated 🤣) but I most definitely can help you breath more efficiently.
Optimised breathing is key to force transfer = fit, healthy and strong.
Who wouldn’t want that 🤷🏻‍♂️😉❤️
