C sections

We’ve discussed Caesarian sections before, and how they don’t always need to look gnarly or angry to be causing dysfunction / aches pains elsewhere in your body.

WARNING: Don’t read whilst eating your breakfast 👍🏻

Last week I had a lady with a next to invisible scar return to clinic and report, she had what felt like a pimple start to form along her scar after the last session.
As she continued her assigned homework throughout the week, it got larger, until it ruptured in a pussy mess. As she was cleaning herself up, she noticed a small hard black ‘bit’ which she thought was probably an old stitch.

It’s possible. Releasing the skin and fascial tissues, allows them to do their job properly again, and expelling foreign bodies is one of those jobs.
What we do know for sure is there was a massive improvement in her neurology and her symptoms in the session, which made for an equally happy practitioner and client 😊👍🏻

It’s a commonly held belief, particularly by the medical establishment, that if a scar looks good, all is well. Unfortunately, in my experience, what’s happening on the surface doesn’t always reflect what’s happening internally with your neurology, movement patterns etc.
