Hip pain

Client presented in clinic with a deep aching pain in their left hip, all muscles around the hip and thigh tested weak. We assessed internal and external rotation, whilst external rotation very good, there was next to no internal rotation.

Using polarity on the sacrum, enables things to shift back into their optimal position.

Movement was much freer and the pain had completely gone.
This morning I received a text saying they were also able to go to the toilet easier. We hadn’t discussed this in the session, but it makes sense.

Tension in the hip can transfer to the the pelvic floor and urogenital diaphragm and vice versa. It’s also why it’s so important to work on your breath when there are issues with the hip ❤️
