I’ve been neglecting my bells for a while now.
Dropped and scuffed on tarmac, bashed against each other etc they were looking a little battle worn, and the rust was starting to set in.
Beautiful weather today, so decided to give them a lick of the black stuff (horns still colour coded so I don’t have a miss pick whilst training!)
Kettle bells are great for building, maintaining and understanding your intra abdominal pressure, once that’s mastered, we move on to these (heavier) bells, to help build functional strength and resilience to all that your day throws at you🥇💪🏻❤️🏋️♂️
[Why is there no KB emoji 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️]
Coming to a rehab session near you soon (once you’ve mastered 360 breathing 😉)
Experience the difference – A refreshingly different approach to pain and dysfunction, so you can breathe better, move better, to live better.
