It’s the morning after!
Many of the amazing runners from yesterday’s Hambledon Hilly will be absolutely fine today. Hopefully those that took advantage of the post race rub down are feeling pretty good too.
Sometimes however there’s a nagging tightness, which even after you stretch keeps coming back, or that persistent joint pain which seems to get worse on certain movements.
This is where the clinic comes into it’s own.

Our movement patterns are complex, with hierarchical organisation systems and coping strategies when things aren’t working as optimally as they should do. These compensation patterns exist to offer short term protection, essentially some areas are overactive, and others under active. These imbalances need to be corrected for normal / optimal pain free movement patterns to be restored.
