Low back pain and continence issues

Client presented with low grade back pain and localised stiffness. They had been having continence issues as well (averaging 1 or 2 incidents a day).
We started with a basic screen. Perturbation showed issues predominantly with the anterior and posterior long chain kinetics, and some lateral issues at the head and hips. The intrinsic core was also dysfunctional.
We identified an area which normalised these responses and set to work. Whilst no external scar was visible we worked on scarring to the left labia mabium. This likely ties with a trauma in their history. There were three overactive areas, and five requiring normalisation, global muscle were activated, and some cranial work was performed.
Retesting showed the intrinsic muscles were on line and the long chain kinetics had improved. To cement the work we #PLAYed pushing hands (thank you @StrengthTherapy) and retested. The long chain kinetics we’re now also working.
Back pain eased, walking taller and able to breath easier (things they weren’t aware were issues) and whilst it’s early days their continence has improved as well.
