Painful Sex?

There can be a number of reasons for this, ruling out any pathological issues, the rest typically fall into two camps:
Pain on entry,
or pain with depth.

Again, assuming there is no pathological issue, pain with depth can often occur at different times throughout the month / cycle as the cervix shifts lower, and or becomes more sensitive (this can also occur post part too). This can often mean that certain positions aren’t viable or need some adaptation.

I have recommended the Ohnut to several clients now to good effect. It acts as a buffer so the penetration can’t go any deeper than desired. As a bonus it works with condoms, doldos, and fingers as well.
