Seriously cool session today. Client turned up for a routine check over. Nothing really going on, a few niggles, maybe some aches around the neck.
After some basic testing we found the right TVA, front and rear pelvic floor, neck extensors and left pectorals off line. Understandably with these results the breathing was also dysfunctional, not great when youβre wanting to swim either! So there was quite a lot bubbling away under the surface π³
Now for the awesome bit …. zero hands on, and fully resolved in just 1 minute 38 seconds π€©
After treatment everything tested normal with no adverse effect on the nervous system. Happy days, we did some sports massage to finish the session, not a bad morning for either of us π
Oh, you wanted to know how π€£ so this particular client responds really well to frequency based protocols. So I played a tone at 420.7hz, and that corrected the dysfunction (in fairness to the amazement of both of us!). Is this frequency β special β – no not particularly, except for that client in that moment – it allowed exactly what they needed to happen happen.
Having many tools in your toolbox is handy. Being able to get out of the way and allow the client to heal how they need to is priceless.
Literally. Having had consistent results Iβm training them on how to work out which they need and when, so that they donβt need to see me as often. Self care is the name of the game after all ππ
Experience the difference β A refreshingly different approach to pain and dysfunction, so you can breathe better, move better, to live better.
