Indicator testing

I had someone ask why I keep testing their arm when it’s their back that’s hurting.

Great question, from someone that clearly wants to be part of the process, understand what’s happening to them and why.
I love it when clients take responsibility for their own health ❤️

In short, I tend to use an arm muscle (others are available) as an ‘indicator’.
There are a number of criteria this muscle needs to meet, but essentially it lets me test areas which can’t easily, or specifically, be tested with manual muscle testing.
For example, when I aggravate an area which is already unhappy, think of it as sending a massive stimulus to the brain, which in turn weakens the indicator.
We can then use this information to build a picture of what’s going on, how to affect change and integrate everything so that you’re moved towards a more optimised self. Have a great day, I plan too 🕉❤️

The flappy arm thing is so much more than I first knew. So much more ✨❤️✨
