It’s kind of scary when you work on a fellow Practitioner. I know from when I’m on the couch, there’s never any judgement, and it’s actually kind of exciting to see how people approach things differently, but that doesn’t stop you getting a little nervous when you’re in the driving seat – especially when they’ve been the one teaching you all weekend!
She’d had a bit of a neck and shoulder ache on the right for the last few weeks, but put this down to working a little more than normal. As she was talking to me, I noticed a little flicker in the right eye, so decided to look there.
Globally we found right lateral flexion was most affected from head to toe, with some less significant dysfunction in a few muscles on the left side of the body. There was no head or neck trauma that she could remember.
We found the muscles which help her look right were dysfunctional, corrected them, and tested the global patterns we found. Not much improvement.
Disappointing sure, but often complex patterns are hidden in what we’re refer to as ‘the onion effect’ – you have to peel back the layers to get to the true cause.
This time we found a combination of muscles which help her right eye look straight down to be dysfunctional. Release and activation, boom!
Neck and lateral flexion issues all resolved.
Another great result – the ayes have it 😂
Experience the difference – A refreshingly different approach to pain and dysfunction, so you can breathe better, move better, to live better.
