Soooo pleased to be able to wish one of my clients a very happy half marathon in Southampton tomorrow (Sunday 22nd).
I’m sure they won’t mind me saying they were a mess and in constant pain when they turned up at my door. To see the transformation, dedication and commitment she’s made to get to this point, I’m both proud to have helped, and honoured she trusted me.
