In a follow up to the ‘Bra’ post on 15th July, I’ve been asked to provide some examples of good and bad bra fitting 👙
So here goes!
In comparison 1 (white bra) a client wears a bra which is the wrong size. You can see it restricting (cutting in) to the skin around the band and at the straps (look closer for these).
With the bra removed you can see the marks which were still evident after around 4-5 minutes.
In comparison 2 (tan bra) the same client has been shopping!
The correct fitting bra, does what it’s supposed to, but doesn’t restrict anything to a notable degree.
This is confirmed when the bra is removed. The second image was take much quicker.
There are indentations evident where the shoulder straps go. This is habitual wear of tight straps which will take some time to recover.
I hope this helps 🙏🏻
Please remember different sized bras may be needed at different stages of your cycle, and if you gain or lose weight 👍🏻
