A client presented with pain on the inside of the left knee, outside of the right knee, scrunchy right hip and sacrum, and was getting cramp in both feet 😬
They’d been doing a lot of walking, and on more undulating terrain they they were used to.
There were lots of exciting corrections and mobilisations performed, but the most crucial part was an adhesion around the distal portion of the left tensor fasciae latae muscle, as a result of under active adductors. Some simple body work later and they were feeling a whole lot better 🤩👍
Sometimes it’s nice to have the easy, structural stuff walk through the door 🤣
