Where do you breathe into?
How do you exhale?
Does it ache / tighten anywhere if you try and change it?
Is it the same standing as when you’re laying down?
Your breath is an important indicator as to how the rest of you is doing – it’s why I recommend people carry on doing their breathing drills periodically, just so you can check in with what’s going on 🤩 Take a minute to pay attention, even if it’s for one conscious breath, listen to what your body is telling you.
