Breathe

Correct breathing patterns mean the diaphragm moves up and down. In doing this the viscera (abdominal organs) are gently compressed and released – kind of like a nice massage.

They need this for optimal function.

If your diaphragm is a bit stuck (or very stuck!) your organs don’t get this massage.

Add to this a stuck diaphragm will usually constrict around the vagus nerve, down regulating it, and consequently visceral pathologies follow.

Correct the breathing and things start to settle. 🧠💪🏻
