Cranial corrections after birth

Most people would agree that, even with problem free births, the forces a baby is exposed to can be traumatic.

As a result of contractions and / or compression through the pelvis and birthing canal the bones – particularly in the skull – move, and whilst they are designed to do just that, they don’t always return to an optimal position, and sometimes need a little help to rebalance themselves.

Caesarian births and those involving forceps or suction will often be more traumatic.
