Cranial corrections for better breath mechanics

Sometimes our dysfunctions are ever present, fizzing and popping just below the surface, the tiny little live wire, shouting loudest, grabbing all the attention.
Sometimes they’ve been with us for a long time, they’re buried under multiple layers of dysfunction, and aren’t always easy to see or gain access to.

Today, I am truly grateful to my client for allowing her face to be shown here.
I normally anonymise my client photos as much as possible, so I’m excited to show some of the facial work we do, I think for the first time. In the older photo, you can see the nose, cheek bones and jaw are slightly off set. In the post treatment photo, you can see much better alignment, despite the different angle used.
To tackle this we first needed to address breath, and some lymphatics in order to ensure the nervous system staying in a parasympathetic (relaxed) state. We worked on a number of the neuro and visceral cranial bones, and as well as the change in facial structure, the client was pleased to report breathing through the nose was also much clearer – and we all know how important breath is 👨🏻‍🎓
Another exciting start to the day 🤩
