Is it the smallest visible scar I’ve treated? I’m not sure but it was pretty tiny – if you can’t see it, it’s the tiny line slightly lighter than the surrounding skin between the pink and blue arrows.
I’ve seen the client for two sessions before this for the same complaint – elbow pain. This acts as a nice reminder that our body’s have their own hierarchy of healing. Just because we are taught ‘scars are the highest priority’ when looking at structural issues, it doesn’t mean they are the highest priority the the person in front of you.
We always look at the whole person and what their needs are rather than prescribed doctrine.
Of note, this scar wasn’t a lower priority because of it’s size, I’ve seen small scars, and injection sites cause more issues than eighteen inch long hip replacement scars 😎
Experience the difference – A refreshingly different approach to pain and dysfunction, so you can breathe better, move better, to live better.
