Healthy Toes

Two and a half years ago I attended my first neuro based seminar. It looked at, and demonstrated how to influence, the brains connection with, and optimisation of our movement patterns.
My professional practice has developed exponentially since that pivotal moment in time. My own physical practice has taken a little longer to develop.
I used to wear shoes that had quite a height difference between heel and forefoot, even without a heel. They would also squeeze my toes together, and they would stay that way even when my feet were free (similar to those in the cut away black shoe).
After progressing to zero lift shoes with a larger toe box, my feet are able to move as they should do. A few exercises a couple of times a week, means I’m slowly getting my functionality back as well. There’s a way to go, but it’s a start …… long term goals ❤️🧠💪🏻
