Leaning into the weekend

A client presented in clinic the other day with a left lean from the pelvis (around 12º) and corresponding right tilt in the neck region to keep their eyes level.
We discussed lots of things on the consult form, but nothing was jumping out at me.
We explored emotionally charged periods of their life. One period involved the loss of both parents, a serious illness and ‘trouble’ at work, all within a very short period of time.
They became noticeable anxious whilst they were telling me, so we decided to start by looking at the kidney meridians.

Blending both NKT and ScoliMethod techniques works really well, and we were able to establish a dysfunctional relationship in the left chest area and right ankle. Using harmonics we were able to resolve the dysfunction from a metaphysical perspective. When standing again, they were considerably straighter 😊👍🏻

Emotional trauma can have a big impact on the physical body (and vice versa 😉). Clearing the physical residue which can sometimes result from these periods, can go a long way to resolving other physical dysfunctions, but it’s important to ensure the emotion has been fully dealt with from a psychological perspective as well, or else the symptoms (in this case the lean) will return.

I co-care with two excellent psychotherapists for this very reason, and the results can be often be dramatic 🤩
