9 days of breath training, 1 day of neck work, a little bit of technique, and I went from pain (neck, mid back and right hip – hotel beds do not agree with me 😞) in the morning, to pain free and bending steel by the afternoon. When you focus your efforts, work on technique and breath as a priority over everything else, amazing things happen.
