Plantar fascia pain linked to abdominal surgery, really?

Client presented with severe plantar fasciitis which was affecting their ability to do their job, after reviewing their history, we found the scars from a gall bladder removal and simultaneous hernia repair was knocking out their intrinsic core, and contributing to some breathing issues.
Working on the scar tissue we were able to normalise the dysfunctional areas allowing normal function to return to the core. It’s the first step in tackling the foot pain.
Breath, quality breath is so important in not only helping correct a number of dysfunctions, but also assessing how your body is doing on a day to day basis. Pay attention to how your breath behaves in any given moment can provide a wealth of information πŸ‘
They foot pain had improved at the end of the session without ever going near them too 😊
