*prazole

Proton pump inhibitors – medication who’s name usually ends in *prazole – are massively over prescribed in the developed world.
Clinical studies suggest they should only be used for 6-9 months to resolve issues.
Patients have been found to still be on them 12+ years later 😳

Diaphragmatic tightening around the oesophagus can often result in acid reflux, indigestion, and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). This is often accompanied by restriction in the 10th thoracic vertebrae.

Your acid reflux therefore, could be the result of a breathing dysfunction, making the medication completely unnecessary.
Maybe get it assessed?
And always insist your doctor carries out a pH Test before prescribing you meds like these, because they don’t just affect the proton pumps in the stomach, proton pumps are everywhere^ but particularly prevalent in the liver and kidneys.
Oesophageal hiatus and thyroid dysfunction can give very similar symptoms, so validate the need for these meds!

** Any alteration in prescribed medication should ONLY be done under the supervision of your prescribing physician **
