Reminders

After seeing Jackie Wu’s (@StrengthTherapy) post on water bottle labelling from her ScoliMethod course the other day I was inspired to use a similar technique one one of my clients going off to do a century ride this weekend.

On the left we have reminders for the ride, belly breathing to use the diaphragm fully rather than their scalenes (accessory breathing muscles) which they usually do, chin tucked to help with the breathing / core engagement, and a little picture of an eye to remind them to not stay at a fixed point.
On the right, ID cues for them to follow at the feed stations so they can keep everything on track.
