Why so much hate for the sandal and worse still the flip flop?
It isn’t just the complete lack of support. They actively encourage flexion of the toes (its how you hold them on your feet – unless they’re way to tight anyway) at the exact time you should be extending them – this in turn messes up your gait, which then causes compensation patterns throughout the body, but especially in the neck!
Do yourself a favour, don’t wear them!
