I’ve been saying this for years, the body tends to generate heat and inflammation during a sprained ankle etc, so keeping it warm, with (or without) appropriate compression (to support the joint without restricting mobility) are the ways to go.
Now someone’s made a video about it, so hopefully you’ll think I’m less of a crackpot next time I suggest it 👨🏻🎓
