The neuro approach isn’t the be all and end all

Sometimes working neurologically just isn’t enough to correct what’s going on physically. Interfacing with, arguably, one of the most important structural elements of the body is required … the fascia.

I’ve had two cases in the last few days, where the ScoliMethod release technique, used at the correct time in the clients treatment plan, has proved invaluable.
In the first, a stubborn lumbopelvic and internal leg rotation weren’t clearing as quickly as they should. In the second rib compression, a hip hike and a lumbopelvic rotation were all a little difficult to untangle using solely neuro techniques.

Using the ScoliMethod release technique we were able to treat both of these successfully in the one session. There is more work to be done in both cases, but an amazing feeling (for them and me) when they stand up to be reassessed afterwards 😊👍🏻

It’s also pretty cool doing the technique, because:
1. I get to draw on people (who wouldn’t like that) and it’s always interesting to see what colours people choose; and
2. The technique is guided completely by the clients body, and they can feel and understand what’s going on, which helps enormously with self care and prevention in the future 🧠💪🏻👨🏻‍🎓
