I’ve a few clients who are busy executives, always on the run, and little time to think about their posture. And like many home workers now, that means lots of time at the desk, and more time at the laptop in the evening (normally on the sofa!) having a major impact on your neck and shoulders. 😖
There are lots of gizmo’s on the market these days. Most people just need something relatively cheap, folds away for easy transport in the laptop bag, and nice and easy to set up / adjust, which means it will actually get used 👍🏻

There’s always homework to do after this kind of treatment to make sure the correctives hold, and improve your self awareness, but changing the existing habits which are causing the issues is also key, to being able to manage your own body, and not be reliant on any Practitioner 🤩
